EOI - FREE Job Rediness Training

Are you interested in FREE job readiness training across Horticulture, Land Management Services and the Agriculture sector?

• Timing: Around June – mid June Start

• Contact hours: Part time up to 8-12 weeks with a full-time block of 3-4 weeks Hort Cert 2 core competencies; Goondiwindi (3 weeks) Millmerran (1 week)
  

Coursework includes:

• Construction White Card
• First Aid
• Resume, job planning and mentoring
• Cultural connection

Actual Training Venue to be confirmed but will be in Goondiwindi – with one week of practical training held at a Millmerran property. Participants will be either transported free to Millmerran each day or stay at Millmerran with accommodation and meals provided.

These courses are all free and will enhance your existing skills or gain new skills and give you a better understanding and knowledge about Horticulture and Land Management Industry. Will also open up employment opportunities in these industries once courses are completed.

We will be running 2 groups of participants from June with timing to be confirmed with the second group – subject to interest and availability.
